Perfect for those hot summer days..

A delicious ice bowl from our very own instructor Thomas. A healthy snack perfect for those hot summer days. Cool off with a low-calorie ice cream, which is also very simple to make!

INGREDIENTS:

1 frozen banana
100 frozen summer(red) fruits
coconut yogurt
( optional ) some agave syrup

HOW TO MAKE:

Add the banana and frozen summer fruit to a blender and add as much yogurt as needed until you get a ‘soft ice’ structure. Put it in a bowl and decorate it with fresh fruit, coconut flakes, or anything else you like. Then it's ready to eat, so ENJOY!
