__What’s your favorite post work-out meal?__
Don’t know if I can call it a meal but I LOVE my protein shake after class. Add some banana, spinach and coconut water to Vanilla protein and you’ll make my day.
If we’re talking about a real meal after class, I always make sure it includes protein, carbs and fats.
__What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received, and who
gave it to you?__
I think the best piece of advise for me is to accept. Accept it when you feel sad or bad for whatever reason, accept that some things are just the way they are and accept that some situations take time.
I tend to freak out if I need to ‘let it go’ even though my initial response is to not let it go! However, I have learned that often you just need to accept and trust things to work out!
__If you could travel now, to any place in the world, where would
Japan is definitely on my bucket list! But hey, what isn’t? Buenos Aires, Costa Rica, Namibia.. and the list goes on!
I’m a sucker for sunshine, good food and beautiful nature.
__If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what
would it be?__
Pita bread. Weird but true haha. I eat it with a range of different things on it! From peanut butter and banana (yes, try it) to falafel or a burger.
Boring though, to eat one thing the rest of my life. I would miss eating chocolate way too much! And Thai food.. And Sea bass.. And pumpkin ravioli.. Please never let me choose just one!!!!
__What’s your idea of perfect happiness?__
After I confirm that everybody around me is healthy, perfect happiness to me is the following:
All my loved ones together, on a long table, with lots of food and drinks, music, sunshine and laughter.
__What’s your must watch Netflix series?__
I must say I get bored easily when it comes to series, so it has to be exciting and thrilling to keep me into it. Suits, The Sinner and Casa de Papel are exactly that!
