We have something new for you… because it’s time for a challenge!
Harry will take you on a journey towards a stronger you. During this V- Strength class you will build muscle strength by turning up the resistance and working those dumbbells.
The higher the resistance, the harder your body needs to work against it. Giving you more resistance to power through sprints and climbs will help add lean definition to muscles and create an amazing afterburn. I hear you thinking… afterburn? Our muscles are ‘damaged’ during the workout and it costs the body energy to heal themselves aka more calories burned!
We will still maintain a speed that is fast enough to keep your heart pumping so you will have a killer cardio workout too. We can’t wait to get strong together!
