Can you tell us a bit more about yourself?

My name is Lauriane, I'm freelance Art Director in home styling, set design and kidsliving. I'm French, and I live in Amsterdam for 1 year and a half with my husband and our two kids.

What is it you love about Vélo?

I like the atmosphere, the Studio is very stylish and the instructors really cool. And, it's also close to my home!

What is your ideal Vélo class and why?

I love the sessions with Harry, Jolien and Felicia, I like their energy! I also like their playlist, the lights, the atmosphere during the class. My favorite exercise? Dynamite obviously!

What is your perfect time to go to class (morning or evening) and why?

Early in the morning to start the day, or early evening.

What is Vélo to you?

An addiction! ;)
