Dear VéloFam,

We have an important update to share with you. After careful consideration and reflection on the long-term future of Vélo, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our studios on April 2, 2026. We’re no longer able to deliver the experience we stand for in a sustainable, long-term way, and rather than compromising on quality, we’ve chosen to close Vélo with care and intention.

WHAT WE’VE BUILT TOGETHER
Vélo has been so much more than a place to ride. It’s been a feeling, a rhythm, a family. We are grateful for every class, every sweaty smile, and for you being part of the community. Looking back, we feel incredibly proud of what we’ve built together over the past years, and of the community that made it all come alive. 💛

THE RIDE CONTINUES
We’ve taken the time to find a solution that truly does justice to our community. Saints & Stars have opened their doors to our instructors, so many of the rhythm-based rides you love can continue there. Same music, same vibe, same shared moments. So while the studio may change, the Ride experience and community you love will continue.

FAQ

Why is Velo closing?
Over time, it’s become clear that due to financial challenges, we’re no longer able to deliver the experience we stand for in a sustainable, long-term way. Rather than compromising on quality or experience, we’ve chosen to close Velo with care and intention.

Will there be more communication?
Yes. We’ll continue to share updates and practical information with our community as we move closer to the closing date.

Can I still join Velo rides?
Yes, you can continue to join Velo rides through April 1, 2026.

What happens to my remaining credits?
You’ve received an email explaining your options. If you still have credits left after April 2, you can choose to transfer them to Saints & Stars, where your remaining credits will be doubled. These credits can be used for Holy Ride as well as all other Saints & Stars concepts. The credits will be valid until December 31, 2026. You also have the option to request a (full or partial) refund.
